SoundPaks are a collection of MP3's (named 1.mp3 2.mp3 -> 11.mp3) zipped, and renamed to SoundPakX.pak

I done that and made a sound pack. When i opened the application i had a new button to click, this was for my new sound pack. But i got a run time error
Run-Time error '53'
File Not Found

When i clicked the button.
Why did i get this error? has anyone made their own sound packs that work?

To create your own soundpaks

1. collect 11 mp3's that you want to use (if it is a large file then you may get a delay when you press it)
2. rename them to 1.mp3 - 11.mp3 (to make the soundpak work you must have 11 mp3's in the pak otherwise an error pop up will be displayed)
3. zip them all up and rename the zip file to "SoundPak#.pak" (you must have the capitals)
4. put this pak file into the 'soundpaks' folder
5. when you open up the sound machine a new button will appear. click on it and wait for the sounds to load.
6. play away!!

These are not proper pak files they are just imitations that are used to work on the sound machine

Hope this helps

I'm going to sound like a complete amateur here but, how do you "zip them all up" regarding the sounds for the SoundPaks ? ? ?

Create a new zip then choose "Add file to Zip"

When you have your 11 mp3's in the zip, rename the file to whatever.pak

As explained earlier you need 11 mp3's.
Use Winzip to create a new zip file and add all of the mp3's (named 1.mp3 - 11.mp3). Name it SoundPak?.zip and put it in the SoundPak folder

Then rename the zip file to SoundPak?.pak

Open the Sound Machine and click on the corresponding button (ps I think some of the numbers are messed up)

Wait for the sounds to upload and there you go.

At last I've got it working!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it had something to do with the fact that my winzip evaluation period had expired so it wasn't creating proper files - thanx to the many people that have helped!!!! :D

My weakest link '5' also lookslike a 6. t's probably just too small, either that or chris can't count.

Hey guys - should you really be knocking Chris back on this number subject, I meen, he's done a great job on the machine surely as long as you know what button does what job, he could label them 1 6 9 3 8 5 and it wouldn't matter ! ! ! Just my opinion though ! ! !

I thought that when I made it but I couldn't be bothered finding a more readable font - figured everyone could count
