I think with the people that comeon here, you expect a certain amount of "shock" factor anyway, it comes with being a fan of Moyles.

You know what someone's trying to say, you know what words the filter replaces with what now, there is no point. If you see not good written, you know someone has written sh*t, so it really doesn't make a difference.

Then there's the completely innocent words it replaces like cÖcktail with * and Paul Van Dyké with Paul Van Dyke.

If it's totaly free for people to swear then it may cause an excuse to use them more as people know they can get away with it and it will lower the tone.

i think part of the reason for avoiding it is the silly replacements. if there were ***** it would leave the meaning intact

I dont think it will matter, everyone on hear has heard every swear word so no one is gonna be shocked or confused. As long as no one swears like a trooper. then who cares, also can you reduce the porno rule

Reduce it I reckon. Some of the censoring is plain stupid, but I don't like the c word and I'd rather not read it, regardless. I know people will still use it probably but if its one thats censored they may chose something else. Funnily enough f**k I'm not bothered by.
