you couldn't really hear me in that clip because I was literally on the floor crying with laughter.

What made it even funnier for us in the studio was everyone's faces when they thought i'd said what I'd said. All three stopped and turned to me with utter shock!

aled, I have recently been offered a job with a 'media sales' company. I'm unsure whether to take it or not as it sounds like glorified telesales. Do you know much about these type of companies?

That brief pause after you said 'con' set iy up nicely. I'm glad it was used on the yesterday's recap clip and was still hilarious second time around.

I remember once on the Sunday Surgery it was said. It was all about homosexuality I think and a caller rang up being all serious etc but then right at the end got a mate to take the pi*$ by saying:
"What do you think you're doing you queèr ___t"
Or something to that effect for which he got a rollocking from Emma B for :lol:

At that time of night though, it was probably not because of the swearing, just that he was making a derogatory remark about gays on a program which is meant to be helping people with issues about themselves.

I had it on tape (so it wouldn't have been any use anyway) but not anymore.
Also I would imagine there still are rules with the word c___ at anytime of day!

Seriously, seriously strict rules hang over our heads being in the BBC. Commercial radio get SO much more than we do because they're allowed to receive them.

All I can "blag" are gig tickets or CDs - and then that would be because they would expect me to use the tickets or CD to make a judgement about the band for work.

I get between 20 - 40 cds a week. Most are bilge. A small percentage are good. A lot of people send it demos of their band the VAST majority of those are not very good.
