The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

The two girls who did it last night were what I would describe as girls who definitely drink Lambrini in a taxi or a train on their way to a night out. They weren't funny or anything memorable. Like I said previously the bloke who did it last night was terrifically bad and was one of the better moments of the show.

Out of curiosity was Richard Oliver the Jingle singer at the London show? He was at the Birmingham show (Chris said he is from there) and was very good, but was way under-used. He briefly did a couple of jingles, but that seemed mainly for the benifit of the many people in the audience who had no idea who he was when he came on stage.

It seems it's a lot like rallyoke/Caroloke nights just with a bit less singing. I'm going to the Sheffield show tomorrow (anyone else?)

Hello my friend is going next week and asked me to ask you a couple of questions.

1. Was there any merchandise there like programmes and stuff. I can't remember seeing them at the London gig.
2. She wants to be on the front row what is the best time to get down there

1. I saw tshirts and albums.

2. If its an O2 venue the people with priority tickets get let in first and that could be anything from 20 to 100 people so good luck with getting to the front unless you have a priority ticket.

Just had to re-register. I used to use this site but seems Ive been deleted.

Im really annoyed now reading the comments and reviews, this is definitely not what I paid for and I wouldn't have got a ticket if they was open about what the show was going to be.

I love Chris Moyles but I cant stand Karaoke and Im not a massive fan of Alled so I cant see me enjoying tonight one bit.

Also I kind of guessed something had gone off with Chris and Dave, you could see in the final shows Dave wasnt interested in discussing the longest show ever with Chris and only really got involved when he had to

I adore Chris & the Breakfast Show team and miss several years of waking up with my 'mates'. I'd hoped last night's show in Bournemouth would fill a bit of a void. I'm disappointed to say it didn't at all, I wonder if the shows were organised long before any content was discussed, as the show seemed almost thrown together at the last minute and bore very little ressemblance to our beloved radio show, with copious amounts of swearing and not an awful lot else. It was just wrong to hear Aled effing & jeffing!

I hope that, as the show continues through the country, all involved will get to grips with what they want to be doing and the content will develop, as last night a large percentage of the audience left looking & feeling thoroughly deflated.

Still miss them all desperately.

Just got back, well......................What an absolute pile of crap that was.

Like I said I love everything Chris Moyles but that was one of the worst thing Ive ever watched, they literally made it up as they went along and thought "stuff it just do the karaoke for all the rest". The Q&A was the only interesting thing and that was about 5 minutes long in the middle.

I gather we cant talk about the show itself so I wont go into any detail but its basically Song,Talking,Aled,Song,Dom,Song,Q&A, Karaoke

Also I wont got retell it or go into and detail but the "Joke" he said during the first section was out of order and if I was said person Id be looking to sue, you just cant accuse people of that live on stage.

Honestly cant remember but I was definitely a member a few years ago, used to post a bit and I was on here posting during the longest show ever.

On another note I was stood near the back and there was so many people who had lost interest, a group of 5 or 6 behind us gave up with the show after about 20 minutes and started talking between themselves and getting drunk, in the end I had to move away as I couldnt hear the show!

Were you at a different show to me? I loved it! Much like the kareoke nights but with less singing.
I can't remember what comment you were on about - unless it was the obvious topic, perhaps pm me.

I won't say too much more as I don't want to give things away, but I also waited around a bit after & met Dom & Aled who it seems were heading straight for Glasgow. Pics to follow - maybe! They were both lovely as you'd expect. Apparently Chris left straight away so missed him

Highlight to read - SPOILERS

It was nowhere near as bad as is being made out by some on here but it was a disappointment. Chris came out and sang Let Me Entertain You (*) and then launched into an explanation of the night ahead "We didn't have a show up until a week ago, you lot bought tickets for nothing" etc. He riffed on DLT and Savile and explained how he was "binned off" R1 and wouldn't be on tour if that hadn't happened. He needs the money.

He introduced Aled who sang Don't Stop Believing (poorly). Aled then did a "Guide to Sheffield" with the help of pictures on the big screen, this was boring.

Then Dom was introduced, he sang a One Direction songand then went off to dress up like Fake Adele. In the meantime Chris had an uncomfortable go at someone in the crowd on their phone and somebody filming the gig. He then claimed this was for padding and left the stage for Dom to come on and sing Someone Like You (as Fake Adele). Again, this was a bit boring if I'm honest beyond how atrocious Dom's costume was.

They picked two people out of the crowd to sing later in the show and introduced Roy Walker by pre-record - supposedly drunk backstage. Then Chris went through his Twitter timeline on the big screen with shout outs to people in the crowd - this was actually very entertaining and then Aled, Dom and Chris answered questions from the crowd which, again, was entertaining but a bit too short and there weren't any revelations.

The funniest bit for me was a short video showing what Chris, Aled and Dom do now the show is over including Dom doing an imaginary radio phone-in in his kitchen and speaking to his chickens, Chris lying in bed, masturbating and being ignored by celebrities and Aled having topless men around to do his cooking and cleaning.

Then the woman from Rocakoke sang a song her own, then they brought out the girl from the crowd who sang I Kissed a Girl by Katy Perry then a geordie guy called Alan (very funny) sang Don't Look Back in Anger and then Chris sang We Are The Champions. They went off to be called back on for an encore during which Chris sang/rapped along with a special video of Ed Sheeran on the big screen and Aled did the Fresh Prince of Bel Air rap. Then it was over.

The crowd was noisy where I was stood, chatting amongst themselves with many seeming bored. I heard one woman say she wanted her money back and plenty of people were shouting out about Dave. When the question came up saying: "What have you been doing since the show ended" somebody called out "Dave's Missus by the sounds of it!" and it was just uncomfortable. Overall an OK night but could have been so much more.

If I was Chris I'd have just set it up as a radio show. 2 - 2 1/2 hrs with audience and they could even have broadcast online. Would have been much nearer what the audience was hoping for and would have got huge amounts of PR IMO.

Judging by what you said the London show was exactly the same as the Sheffield show. That's very worrying due to the fact it means the show is carefully scripted and planned. I could understand it being a poor show if they had come up with new things to do each night but for them to heavily script and plan it makes it even worse. I hate to say it but it would appear Chris just wants to make a quick buck by doing as little as possible. I really don't like criticising Chris but on this occasion it's warranted. Chris is a fantastic broadcaster, the best in fact and I think it's fair to say I'm not enjoying the new Chris. I blame his new management company.

The only thing I disagree with there is the timing. I cant remember when he changed management company (I think the announcement was after the radio show ended), but for me, the malaise started well before the radio show ended. The traits you are describing were evident well before the show ended, but were masked considerably by the fact it picked up after the announcement it was ending.

For virtually all of this year on the radio Chris was just going through the motions in my opinion. And since it ended he has put out a terrible album and a tour that has had (by his own admission) very little preparation, but was still of, just about, an acceptable standard.

When you listen back to how brilliant he used to be, what he is currently churning out is sub-standard.

I haven't even been to the live show (and still not sure if I will) but Deadly and Travis, what you've said is exactly what I thought, and posted, about the album. It's bad times.

I didn't think it was as bad as the album, but you wouldn't be missing much if you didn't go. It was just about OK, but that was largely down to the start when we actually got to hear Chris talk for a fair bit and when Aled came on. If it wasn't for that, it was nothing to write home about at all.

That's good of him.

Like I said before the tour should have incorporated a lot of the elements that worked from the Radio show. Chris seems to be wanting to convey the message of "yeah I did a radio show but now look at me I can sing! Who cares about radio". I'm all for people branching out and doing new things but he is effectively doing to same thing Radio 1 are doing. Trying to attract a new audience whilst forgetting the the people that were there from the beggining.
