So thrilled for all of you! I will watch it closely on the website for you and pretend I know you when you are on!

Was voting for Nicola and bmstinton93 so especially glad that you made it. Have a wonderful day, I wish I could also be there because it will be a day you won't forget.

Thanks Turicum :)

Decide where we're meeting. Radio One or Starbucks... Not sure it matters too much. I'm sure we can all pop on this forum on our phones on the morning.

Sorry, went off talking to my flatmate and missed two pages of discussion! But I am obviously heavily in favour of meeting at Starbucks, that one someone linked to also came up on my coffee finder app as closest to broadcasting house.

Two thoughts: it's fine to use me as your meeting signal so to speak, I'm fairly distinctive; and please bear in mind that I'm arthritic and what looks like a short walk to you may not be for me. And on that note, I too am off to bed :)

Looks like im driving now. I'm going to try and find a car park in Euston and then meet whoever is getting a taxi from Euston.

Ah actually if someone can find me somewhere to park near to where we are going I can take 3 people from Euston in my car.

I've got a hotel in Reading and I'm driving into Acton at about 5.30 and then taking the tube to Oxford Circus. I am for meeting at Starbucks providing we can still get in line early enough from there.

Yeah, sleep is once again not happening for me, brain still churning away :)

Deadly, we'll look into parking. I hear that parking anywhere in central London is a nightmare though. Rich, bearing in mind what Chris H said about timings, I think we should all be fine to meet at Starbucks at 6ish and get over to broadcasting house in plenty of time.

Our smaller theatre holds 479 - so over 100 more than the BBC theatre - and we usually open the doors 20min before show time. It doesn't need 45min to get everyone in, and all the seats will be a good view in such a small venue. So there doesn't seem much point in being any earlier than 6.30-45.

Another thing I was thinking about is what names the tickets are in? They would have to be our legal names wouldn't they? I'm not sure the BBC know my name yet.

That depends on how bothered they are about people potentially passing on their tickets to others etc. I doubt it matters to be honest. Aled probably wouldn't have my surname either.

Giving a false name for free tickets is not a criminal offence :-) even giving one for paid tickets isn't! You can call me and say your name is Mickey mouse and as long as your card goes through, I'll happily put that onto the booking.

Oh also let's not forget that Topher regards coffee shops as some sort of seventh circle of hell so he will complain about this plan. :)

I am only using it as a meeting place as well. I have no intention of going in!

But Topher actually feels sick at the smell of coffee, he won't even want to be on that side of the street. I personally will be going in with the request that they just hook me up to a drip for 10mins.

When I opened the Google Map link on my iPad it showed a Starbucks about a mile away, I can see now it's actually right next to Broadcasting House. That could have been a big mistake.

Wow - when you sleep you really do miss a lot on here!!

Here's my opinion on all of this. I WILL need everyone's names - first name and surname - and bring ID. Work pass, Driver's licence or passport.

Kikos is the cafe next to work - it doesn't open till 7 so don't use that. Meet at the suggested Starbucks - meeting point DOWNSTAIRS if you can - it's tiny upstairs and I've met someone there before and sat upstairs while they waited for me downstairs - annoying - avoid confusion.

That Starbucks is right next to Broadcasting House.

Tickets will say 6:30-7:15. This is Audience Services being over cautious about everything because everyone will be security screened on the way in. Aim to get to Broadcasting House for 7am. You will be placed in a 'holding area' after security. Before being let in to the theatre after 7:15.

I recommend meeting at 6:30 at Starbucks - except of course the show will also be starting then so it's down to you whether you want all the hellos to be while the show is starting :)

OMG, WTF and ALEDISGREAT. Just powered up the old beasty to catch up with, firstly, a PM from Big-Great-Al (and a PM from another sexy board member) and then caught up on this thread! This is effing amazing! Too many thoughts racing!

Out of courtest I need to check with work before I agree 100%, but I'm a contract worker and this is important, so shouldn't be an issue. A little tee-hee to those of you with a twitch on about the early start! And I like the fact some of you are coming down Weds night and getting a hotel... Nic, I'd suggest we 'split the costs', but it'd be a darn sight cheaper to make Benji the same offer, so.... To Ben: "How you doing?" :D I may well book myself a room somwhere too, just need to consult with bank manager, but may be preferable to the early morning drive down, i'll see.

My work pass just has my name and company name on it - no photo - and I don't have a driving licence or passport. Aled, please tell me this isn't gonna be a problem!

Tim, strangely enough you're not the only one who's suggested 'splitting the cost' with me, but I want a good night's sleep in that hotel, so I'll be alone :)

They have some nice 5* places to stay the night... Only £400ish for the night. Hmmmm....
