How long ago was that quote, let alone the original thread?!

Thanks for the input! I'll bear the opinion of a stranger on the internet in mind next time I go down to the tattooists. Oh no, wait...

I'm sorry to hear that. The links on the Martin Lewis page mentioned earlier are good.

I can personally recommend these peeps:

Consumer Credit Counselling Service

A full debt help service in available across the United Kingdom. Online support is also available via its Debt Remedy tool and vulnerable people (due to age, mental health or capacity) are able to get extra help support via the free advocacy service.

Link: http://www.cccs.co.uk/
Tel: 0800 138 1111 (also free from mobiles)
Opening Times: Mon - Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat 9am to 3pm

The CAB were also useful for me and it can be a huge relief just to talk to someone.

Good luck to you and your family.

'Tis true - but still a hero! I check his site before I do almost anything financial.

Same here. Got the templates to claim my bank charges and PPI from that very site.

Chris Evans is quite entertaining in the morning now.

I would suggest any of you who have Pubes ( or indeed shave them, technically not then having Pubes, but still the ability to have them should you wish) listen to him when Chris leaves, plus stay listening for Ken Bruce's Popmaster quiz at around 10, which is probably the best thing on Radio after Moyles!

This would leave radio one to fester with the youngun's, just like back in the 1990's

I can't stand Evans. I'm probably R2 target audience now, but I'll never listen to him. I'll get ready for work in stony silence first.

Nic, I used to feel the same, hated the man.

BUT I do have to say as I find, and he is actually quite nice now.

It still grates terribly that he is rich, has lots of nice cars and has shagged Billie Piper, well just that last one really, not that bothered about money and cars, but he is ok, entertaining, a good DJ (timing, use of Beds, jingles, features, team etc) and plays some decent music.

Evans' breakfast show is ok, but its ever so dull in many ways - Chris Evans is a mega-talented broadcaster but he is going through the motions with the R2 Breakfast Show, its the same every day. Its a shame because it ought to be brilliant and is really only all right.

And Jayne Sharp, apparently.

And that Munter off of Loose Women, but it's only really the Piper that I lust after, just something about those "lips"

Not in the camel toe sence you understand.........
