Complete opposite for me.... Well bored today, awaiting the fall out from a meeting yesterday to filter down to me to action. Have so far managed to stretch about 15 minutes work into its 6th hour... Gonna knock it on the head n go home shortly I think (which sounds great, but no one pays me to play PS3). Humph.

To be fair, its my own silly fault. Due to a lull in work, I was 'subbed out' to another team yesterday for '2 days work'. As usual, I finished it all and issued it to the client within 1 day...

So, the client knows they are being charged 15 hours for this task meaning my company aren't out of pocket (infact, they will have made approx £450 profit from it). My boss knows I'm just kinda sat here waiting for him to sort me out with more work... He knows if he highlights my availability again, he'll lose me as a resource 'till next week, which he doesn't want - hence my 'web time'.

Just been shouted at for 5mins by a customer because we're quite busy and she had to hold for a couple mins (I can see on my screen how long the oldest call has been waiting). She's known for just being an awful woman, but cos she's a big group booker we have to be nice to her. It amazes me that after so long in the job customers still have the power to upset me, but they do.

Ah yes, because of the gas works. I'm not sure how the lorries and whatnot can get to the motorway, there is a way through near my road but it's a bit tight.
