It has occured to me that some people don't seem to like me posting on this forum.I don't want to hang around where I'm not wanted ,so if enouogh people say they want to see the back of me I will just go and find another forum .I've just tried to join in like everyone else, but if I'm doing something wrong and offending people in some way maybe it's better if I j ust leave .I will not post on here again unless I think people want me to .

If you're for real and it' is genuine then you should delete the thread and just act like a normal person and join in with the debates/conversations we have. The thing that bugs me about you is you report news to us as if you're working for TMZ.

You've done it again. Why are you replying to him?

If he annoys you just IGNORE HIM. If you think he is a troll all this attention will just make him worse. For * sake. This is turning into the chrisjames section of the forum, and it has very little to do with him. It's down to you lot giving him the reaction you think he is after.

It wasn't a negative reply. I edited out the only negative aspect to it but after you'd replied to me obviously. I was more encouraging him to be normal.

This when people are sticking up for him when howabout94 has a go?

I just wonder about the name similarity, wonder if you're a Gregg James fan on a windup - which is perfectly fine.

I have no problem with you, and if people are wound up then good for you, its the intorwebz and therefore anyone's game.

But good luck sunshine....

Stop worrying about what people think. No one on here has the right to tell you who you are. While you're posting within the rules, what anyone else thinks of you is irrelevant.

No, you shouldn't since like people said, you are not breaking the rules and you're not being negative unlike a certain member who criticises a certain member of the team most of the time he posts on here, which is less often now thankfully.

The posting announcements on R1 things etc can get a tad annoying cause most people on here won't really care about it but I wouldn't go to the point of basically bashing you for it now unlike some people seem to.

I have added you as a friend Chris to demonstrate my new found appreciation of you. And because it kind of reminds me of that South Park episode with the Facebook kid.

My opinion is that if you (ChrisJames) speak more about Chris Moyles then fair enough. You do seem to go on about Radio 1 as a whole more though. Gregg James as Chris' replacment is probably a given but this is a Chris Moyles fan site so speaking of his replacments are of no need here. I will say that when you put a comment on here the forums light up though.

No. Jus' take on board some of the comments and points highlighted (the more politely put ones) and adapt to survive. The advice given will do you good outside of this forum to.

In my opinion, ChrisJames keeps up the activity of this forum, since the actual show isn't up to much these days, there's not much else to talk about but that's just me.

Active members who don't offend other members should be encouraged. As I've said before, a lot of the reactions to chrisjames' posts have often been unnecessarily abusive, given how inoffensive his posts are. This is the last thing we want on the forum, as there aren't exactly an abundance of active users as it is.

Chris, I'm sure that you could make a lot of friends on here if you just thought a little bit about how relevant some of your posts are when posting about other Radio 1 DJs. Having said that, maybe there could be a central thread for other BBC Radio 1 shows?

Here's what I think.

Chris, it's correct to say that you have broken no rules, so at the moment you are in no danger of being warned or banned, or not by me at least. However, this forum has a history of being self-moderating and people who obviously annoy the majority of other members often just drift away of their own accord.

There is a reason why I've brought up names like bradcali and iainsmith before - they are past members who had a very similar posting style to you and it had the same effect as you seem to have. Iainsmith was the one who started a new thread to post the death of every minor celeb ever - he was actually banned by Chris. Under the general heading of 'taking action to promote harmony on the board', it's Chris' privilege to do stuff like that.

I honestly believe that you don't realise what you're doing wrong and this is why I've repeatedly suggested why you read others' posts and consider why they didn't fit in well here - I thought maybe that might give you some perspective. But you don't seem to have much. When you post as if you are a celeb news site, bump up dying threads with irrelevant information like when Nick Grimshaw is covering for Greg James, or make mistakes with absolutely no awareness of others pointing them out (the 'oh no, they've died' thread in particular has a few great examples of this) you just rub people up the wrong way.

If you aren't able to take this on board and adapt then maybe you would be better to stay away. I have no interest in driving anyone away from the board and contrary to what some people say, we are not piranhas here. But there are certain people who can't resist making nasty comments to you, and these are only gonna hurt you in the long run, especially if you have no idea what you've done to cause them.

And I'm done.

Bugger all as far as I can see.

Put DTJ in the friends list (as knew he was guaranteed to post something) and seen no significant changes to suggest he was in the friends list.
No email notification, no big jazzy window pop out, no gold star next to his name. Nothing but a plain old dimtimjim.
Much like the man himself.

Re: The original topic.
I'm not going to get too involved.
Just gonna say little Miss Scarlet Breeches' post was spot on.
Read that. Think about it. Act on it or toddle off.

Thanks to everyone who've supported me but I think I'll just take a break from posting for a while and think about whether or not I should continue or if it's in the best interest of the forum and me not to., In the meantime I wish everyone here all the best, even if you don't like me!

PS even though I might not be on the forum any more I will continue to enjoy listening to Chris Moyles every day, who I think is without doubt one of the most entertaining and talented people in British broadcasting .Long may he reign on the airwaves!

Sat and today are up
