If you are highly skilled in body language, like i am. Then it is easy to tell that "he" is obviously ploughing the Saturdays, the two easy ones from girls aloud, conies hux and Jackie Smith.

He may even be mowing down Kylie and pixel Lott but they are masters of hiding their emotions or stupid.

It's great to hear people avoiding bread (no good can come of it) however if you have factory made soups instead they still have wheat, the devil, flour added. so although you can't see the bread its the same as having a soup with croutons in.
