I think it was a sensible PR move. Very honest video, and I hope that the guy involved feels terrible for trying to cash in by damaging her brand as a musician and burgeoning celebrity.

(no matter how much abuse you aim at her for being a chav & talentless etc. she's still a judge on the biggest reality show in the UK, and at the very least, liked by a lot of young girls).

Most people are probably in the situation where sensitive material about themselves is in the hands of others who they entrust it to for their enjoyment - and it would probably shatter them emotionally (albeit briefly) to learn that it's got into the public domain. Especially if lots of people are looking at it, and can identify you from it!
