How times change, eh? Mr Moyles doing additional shifts to cover the lesser shows... Wouldn'ta happened few years ago, not for all the £'s in Apple.

He'll more likely get a couple of extra days off in the future.

Will you do this one too Nicola? And where will the links for these show up?

Edit: ok, I'll edit today's show.

Ta. I'll put the link for yesterday's up tonight. I was planning to do it last night but it took a dog's age to download!

Not that i'm saying you're wrong in your statements, just curious how afternoon cover managed to reaffirm this in your mind?

I'm good at my job, both in the morning and afternoon.

Yeah, he's prob been sacked from the whole Beeb - too tall, y'see.

EDIT: Quite liking the chemistry between Chris n the Fem's in the studio. Taaaaaaaap it in.

In all seriousness, that'd be the only way I'd listen to anything else on Radio 1 bar the breakfast show. It's all turd. The last show I liked was Colin Murray on Tuesday evenings, but that long since finished.

I've had a train of thought and can't ignore it now, imagine if this is Moyles sticking up for Scott, the 3 of them decide Gregg falls ill in secret protest at the unfair demotion of Mills. And then we hear the biggest talent of Radio 1 covering the sleepy mid-afternoon slot - he would never be demoted here, so why should Scott? If what I have imagined has a hint of truth in it, then Chris's loyalty to Scott is admirable, we saw his twitter spat with dan wooton. I guess the DJs are like family.

Just a thought anyway, I liked the idea of it.

DarroM wrote:Yep, too much music being played for my liking! Will probably just listen to the edited version.

Some of the songs are played several times throughout the day so I don't fully get that.

Where might I find said edited version of the show?

Sat and today are up
