Ken Bruce is Wogan on Mogadon. And Wogan is terrible on the radio. I like him on telly, but on radio he is awful.

Christian O'Connell is better than Fearne Cotton. That just shows how rubbish Cotton is.

If they had nothing but microphone feedback for three hours instead of Fearne, that would be more pleasurable to listen to.

I don't like Fearne Cotton.

The snooker question was a piece of piss by the way when you consider the number of reds and that the black has to be potted each time after a red and then all the colours in order.

I read the question incorrectly, and defaulted to how many snooker balls were on the table.

I would have thought that with the amount of American TV Chris watches that he'd have heard of a Tom Collins.

The last question was the most horrible though.

I can consider all I like, but I still won't know the answer to the snooker question cos I've never watched or played it. There's a classic example of the oft-quoted gameshow adage "if you know it, you know it".

Righto, avoided this thread all day as I didn't see MPD on Friday and didn't listen to todays show. just watched on 4od (other internet tv catch up players are available).

I thought the first two questions were a bit killer, but thats as I didn't know answers. Have to say, shame with the first few Chris didn't trust his gut more, but that easy for me to say from the comfort of my chair, not live in the studio. I was bit annoyed at Chris for dragging out the Batman question, as he'll have known that straight away. And I felt the snooker question was a bit of a let down, purely for them not applying logic - Andi putting £50,000 on an answer he knew was wrong is silly for starters.

A shame to come away with 'only' £25,000, but overall good on 'em, was a tricky run.

oh, and i'd have lost the lot, regardless of how much £, on Ketchup. :(

Ketchup > brown sauce, innit.

That was my problem in reverse. Couldn't have told you how many jumps were required but I knew the number of snooker balls potted. Had to guess whether the jumps was higher or lower.
