The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Am I the only one who didn't think it was as big a deal as the team made it out to be? They went to the cinema and nothing happened. More to the point Emile was the one who cancelled so Aled in my opinion didn't do anything wrong. Usually with these conversations I always disagree with Aled but this one time, I was on his side.

Am I the only one?

They were making a big deal out of it for comedy purposes. To quote Dave, "*yawn* no-one cares".

Exactly, no one cares. Well I don't since I just found the guy annoying on CPC whenever I heard him. I wouldn't be surprised if the guy ends up being in the studio sometime this year at this rate.

I thought it was strange thing to do on both their parts. Aled for not having one other available person/friend he could have gone with, and Joey for driving all the way up from Essex just to go to the cinema with Aled.

Why is it a strange thing for Joey?!

If Aled asked me to the cinema, i'd drive all way from Leicester for it, if not from even further afield. A pop into town from Essex isn't the biggest journey ever - to go 'hangin with the celebs', so to speak.

Much as I love Aled, he's not exactly Brad Pitt! I wouldn't class him as a celebrity, but then again I would class Chris as one but still wouldn't be dying to go to the cinema with him. Maybe it's just me, but whilst I would call myself a 'fan' of several well known people, I have no great desire to ever meet them. I like them where they are, on tv/radio/cinema screens, and of course they always say you should never meet your heroes.

Yes, we've all spotted your little crush on Aled on Twitter ;)

Pffft, i've met Big Al once before and let me tell you i'd be infinitely more excited to meet him again than Brad ruddy Pitt. I like Al (and the team) the way they are, but they are at the more 'approachable' end of the celeb spectrum.

I'm not really sure I would have a problem with it even if Aled ended up going with a complete stranger. You end up watching a film with a room full of complete strangers anyway.

I'm not really sure why any of us has a problem who Aled goes to the cinema with. We might have an opinion about what it may or may not mean, but a problem?
