No it isn't, its a spread from the fridge vegetable oil spread, not hard at all! But if I Can't Believe Its Not Butter is your favourite, and it IS a lot cheaper than Clover, why not use that anyway?
Butter contains a lot of vitamins which these synthesised spreads don't. As long as you aren't having loads and loads and loads of it, I agree its probably healthier. But I'm fat so I avoid it. Although when I'm dieting I avoid all butter substitutes too, calorifically they are no different to butter. So if you aren't worried about the calories, and you can afford it, butter is the healthier choice I reckon.
