I've not seen that yet, not forgetting the two very funny interviews he did with Moyles a couple of years back. But I would agree with anyone who says him and his brother are welcome to each other, feuding in court - even when they're apart they can't shut the * up about each other - even though I find the slanging matches amusing. 8)

I can see why, but I genuinely think he has a knack of phrasing things that's very funny.

And having spent an evening in his company, he's even more amusing when being.... Candid.

Dave Berry to replace Johnny Vaughan on Capital breakfast show: http://www.guardian.co.uk/media/2011/de ... -breakfast

"Berry to move from weekend slot to weekdays after the sudden departure of breakfast host Vaughan

Dave Berry has been confirmed as the new breakfast presenter of London radio station Capital 95.8 following the sudden departure of Johnny Vaughan.

Berry, who currently presents Capital's weekend breakfast show and is engaged to Sugababes singer Heidi Range, will join Vaughan's co-host Lisa Snowdon in early January.

Berry has presented shows on Channel 4 youth strand T4 and spent three years on Capital's sister station, Xfm.

He began his career on children's channel Nickelodeon and presented the TRL request show on MTV.

Various big names had been linked to the breakfast show, including Radio 1's Chris Moyles and Scott Mills, following Vaughan's unexpected exit on 18 November after nearly eight years in the job.

But it was thought likely that the station, which said it was looking for a younger host than 45-year-old Vaughan, would look in-house for his replacement.

Moyles had previously been linked with a move to Global but recently signed a new contract with Radio 1 until 2014.

Vaughan will be a tough act to follow, as the number one commercial radio breakfast show in London. Berry is likely to be substantially cheaper than Vaughan, who picked up an annual salary of around £800,000."

He looks like he wants to look as though he is from Dale Farm. I'd say that says something about the man.

Her agent's rolodex would presumably have...

Name: Cotton, Fearne
Age: 31
Skills: Having the shit ripped out of her

If you had seen the show you would be in doubt that she is fully aware the shit is being ripped out of her on the show. It is about as blatant as a punch in the face.

And I didnt credit her as a TV host (she doesnt host Celeb Juice anyway). I mentioned the Celebrity Juice stuff because I like her on it and I wanted to demonstrate that I dont have an issue with her as a person. I just think that she is a pretty crap radio DJ.

She's the personification of the word dreary.

She looks like a young Kenneth Williams in drag. If only she had a tenth of one per cent of that great man's talent.

  You know what I meant, it's the whole "someone younger than Vaughan", why does the age matter? Chris Tarrant held that slot for 17-18 years and was every bit as popular by his end, Moyles is 37 yet is still popular with youngsters. I just wish this whole young people like young presenters only bollocks stopped.

Regarding Fearne Cotton, I have no beef with her either, she's a rubbish radio presenter but then again aren't most of them these days? The only ones I listen to regularly are Chris Moyles, Jon Holmes, Radcliffe & Maconie and Marc Riley, all are great radio presenters and will kepp you tuned in.
