I have to admit that when I did the celebrity raspberry archive I was glad of those reveals on the show notes as it saved a lot of time.

Can you have words again Aled?
Much love.

Would you go M4 to the Coldra, and then head north to join the A40 and head west from there (A40, lots of lay-bys for a quick smoke, and call of nature); or would you do straight along the M4 to Swansea-ish and up and left?
I know this is extremely off topic, but you must have done the trip 1000's of time to know the quickest way.
Thanks

That's more of a twitter question is'nt it?
Unless you won a competition on the show that run secretly.

Is Dev primed for a better slot as he seems to get all the cover lately? Also do you think we will see Comedy Dave do a weekend show again? I miss the Chappers and Dave shows

My first rough count has today's show (Tuesday) as being #1679, but now is the time to do some fine tuning, and that total will change, although not massively. First of all, is this something you've already got track of? Secondly, would you consider "The Chris Moyles Show with Scott Mills" (as officially billed) to be an official CMS worth adding to the total? Or how about "The Chris Moyles Show with Sara/Vernon" and other members the rest of the team? At the moment, my count is based on weekday morning shows where Chris is present and running the show. If you recommend the former, then we're probably getting very near #2000, maybe even a tad over it, if we estimate that Chris will take approx 40 days of per year, spread over just 7/12 years of the show which currently would put another 300-ish shows onto the total.
Please let me know what you think, as I imagine a firm date for your 2000th show would be something you'd want be aware of, and to plan something special to mark it - did you mark show #1000 at all (were you even keeping count at that time?)?

Fortunately, the show reviews section of the forum for 2004 is comprehensive. I've gone through them all up until September. I can check my own records from May 2005. I wouldn't count best of's either. I'm going for new material. Unsure about Christmas day shows - all new material, but is it a breakfast show?

We don't keep count. I would count all of Chris but not Scott. Yes to Sara and Vernon if the team are there.

slaphead1982 wrote:I'd say that would count as three shows. It's not an extended breakfast show, it was publicised as a marathon show. So the three breakfast shows that fell into the marathon would still be three breakfast shows.
bwfcol wrote:Aled, is there any chance of cutting down on the corporate stuff? There seems to be loads of air time taken up by the Teen Awards, plus we had the Ibiza DJ comp. I can cope with Big Weekend time as that is huge and Surgery stuff as you present it.
I just feel the show is better without all that (or less of it), Thursday's show (I think), had no guest and little corporate stuff and it was great. I love the show, don't get me wrong but the corporate stuff gets a bit tiresome.
Also, has a decision been made about the 6:30 link to include actual stuff like the sleep app and the wake up calls? I don't mind it but the sleep app took up that link for virtually an entire week. That link is fine when the team discuss what they did yesterday and what they had for dinner etc, it's mundane but that's the appeal of it. I get that you can't do that every day but I've noticed a shift away from random chat or is it just me?
