Yeah they announced that Chris had signed a 2.5 year contract on BBC 3's 60-second news the other night, although it wasn't Tina doing it unfortunately! 2.5 more years of the show (hopefully)! How lucky are we! I was sure it was going to continue with a rolling 1-year contract, and that they would most likely stop next year. So I for one am very happy

Didn't Dave mention this morning that he is still negotiating? And Aled and Tina work for the BBC anyway so they presumably wouldn't have to renew any sort of contract as they are just BBC employees and then presumably Dom has signed a new contract as well

I think Dave just said that it hadnt been signed, rather than still negotiating.

Great news we have another two-and-a-half-years of the show anyway
