Well... Now here is a funny one. No, no one called Matt lego hair, but I did speak to Matt about its how odd we know so much about them, I explained I was trying my hardest not to be 'over-familiar', but i think still failing! I did compliment Aled on his thighs, and spoke to Matt about 'whos the daddy'. Yes, we talked about the meeting of minds which was Dom/Diaz, and confirmed back to the team it was his best effort to date. I imagine Dom is now on an extremely short list of poeple who've ever said smelly finger to Cam. Leg. End.

That photo, to be fair is not really showing the best of any of us! Can't wait for the full Zoot report. If I can work my new-fangled phone I may set up a photo link myself.

If I'm the aforementioned forum police, then I'm all over nothing. I've been on forums long enough to know that if people post photos of themselves, there will always be others waiting around to make nasty little comments. That's the way of the internet - you can hide behind it to say what you like, safe in the knowledge that there are no repercussions.

It doesn't make it acceptable though does it? We can't just give trolls like that a wink and say "You're a rascal aren't you..."
It was mentioned at the 'focus group' that they are certain forum contributors who post purely for reaction, knowing that the team will read it, and the Holy Grail being that the post will be read on air (Sorry Snazy, you were not mentioned. Or maybe you were, except they just insisted on getting your name wrong over and over again...)

We can't go around editing/censoring what people put on these forums of course, and I for one would be the first to moan if they did, but for * sake people, GROW UP!

No, course I'm not saying it's acceptable. But as you say, you can either go the way of censoring or banning people who post stuff like that (and I've seen forums that do that), or you can just recognise that these idiots are always gonna be around. I've been called some horrific names on forums when I've posted pics of myself, and I learned fast that you can't let it get to you.

Dimtimjim's summary was excellent and without wanting you to give anything away, do you think some of the content that you discussed could make it on air? I hope for you guys it does because being the geek that I am, I think it would be pretty cool to be listening and hearing an idea you came up with or discussed at the meeting being played on air to the world, If not then at least you got to meet the production team of the best radio show in the uk and see the radio 1 studios.

Well very good, sounds like it was an amazing experience for those involved - and something the rest of us are all very jealous of! But its good that the show has taken on ideas and discussed with what can be like an extended family really, as some on here know probably just as much as the team do after having listened to the show for years.

I know perfectly well that I would have difficulty in not being upset by comments about any picture of me on the internet. Which is the main reason I make damn sure none get on there. I'm not particularly revolting looking, but realistically I don't look wonderful enough to make seeing pictures of myself a happy experience even for me, so there's no way I am giving that ammunition to anyone else.
