Where he belongs - a retirement home.

Never heard of him, sorry.

I like Mark and Lard, but have never really had the opportunity to listen to them - when they were on R1 I wasn't listening much, although I caught the breakfast show they did a few times. I'm guessing that didn't really do them justice though. I have never listened to Adam and Joe.

I only ever heard M&L in the afternoons, and I thought they were fantastic. I'm a big A&J fan too - I find the style of humour very similar to Moyles (i.e. silly conversations about totally random things, Moyles/Vitty parodies and A&J song wars) which is why I like it so much. Moyles and A&J often have me laughing very hard in public and getting very strange looks :D

I LOVED Lard's Classic Cuts. In fact to my shame, when 9/11 started happening and they stopped the show, I was disappointed that they'd dropped the feature. to be fair I didn't quite realise the magnitude of what was going on at that point.

1 - Chris Moyles
2 - Simon Mayo
3 - Chris Evans
4 - Steve Wright
5 - Mike Read

I love them all, but Moyles is easily the best.

Mine would be

1. Chris Moyles
2. Mark Radcliffe
3. Chris Tarrant
4. Marc Riley
5. Jon Holmes

John Peel would have been on the list, unfortunately I never listened to his show when he was on air, wish I had now. I'd would have also have added Kenny Everett however I was too young to have heard his show, although I have a few of his shows from the net somewhere.

This was reaffirmed to me this morning whilst getting ready for work. Westwood, the Stupid Amnesty, inane banter. All good.
Got picked up for the journey in and my colleague had Radio 2 on. Ben Fogle interview, traffic then 3 songs in a row ending with 4 non-blondes. What a pile of wank.
The Chris Moyles Show is indeed still the best show on the radio.
