The place where everyone hangs out, chats, gossips, and argues

Yeah that one's ok (I hate autotune). Saw a classic Simpsons episode again the other day (the X-Files one), which made me think of what it must have been like when Tina recorded "Champion" (just replace Homer with Tina, and the lie detector machine with the autotune machine):

I saw that one on Sky the other day too :) the thing with Champion is it doesn't sound overly autotuned - I mean you can hear it a bit, but nowhere near as bad as that jingle, for example. But when you hear Tina sing without the aid of autotune you realise just how much they must have had to mess with it to make it sound as good as it does.

Leave Tina alone, she's got a cracking voice! :P But on the topic of that jingle, yes it is very strange but there's a part of me that likes it for whatever reason.

I know what else - why does Chris keep writing jingles that involve "going to the loo"? There are at least two now and the word makes my skin crawl. Not because of what it represents (altho that isn't a particularly pleasant thing to sing about), but the actual word itself. Urgghhh *shudders*

...and there was me thinking Lulu was a singer.

Miss Yudster gets very indignant when people refer to the toilet as the Loo, all her friends and colleagues now know better - to the extent that a patient on the ward asked another nurse where the loo was and the nurse said "she's just over there..."

It made me feel a bit sick when I heard it first. Bloody clever mind you.

Hopefully that will save them from completely fading away like Blockbuster ;)
