The whole episodes? Wow. that's some serious geek hours will have gone into that.

I might buy it all and watch it

I REALLY hate having to wait even a week between episodes, but if I don't start with something, I won't miss it.

I've got a feeling it's pretty rubbish, but I've even got Blue Bloods on series link so I can watch it all in one go :)

I was planning on watching it like I did The Sopranos and The Wire (get the entire box set so I don't have to wait for series ends and starts) but then it seemingly went down the pan, so I never bothered.

Is it worth it?

It totally is worth it, but I dunno if there's such a thing as a brief synopsis, it's so massively involved...

Actually a short while ago I saw posted on twitter a post from Craigslist in which a bloke was advertising for someone to sit down and explain the ending of Lost to him, in exchange for a breakfast of their choice. Not sure I'd have taken that on! I did have to text my confused brother to try to explain some of the finer points of the ending to him, and that was difficult enough.

Hmmmm. As long as the ends not REALLY annoying, then I might have a look.

It divided people, so you may find you dislike it, and it doesn't explain every mystery of the show by a long shot. Be warned, there are quite strong religious themes throughout - not preaching to the viewer, but I know some people don't like that on principle. There are also admittedly a few filler episodes, especially in season 2 (if you do watch it, beware the words 'Nikki and Paolo' or 'how Jack got his tattoos' - zzzzz). But I wouldn't get a tattoo relating to just any old tv show - Lost is a real experience to watch.

i'm so jealous of your LOST tattoo, it's amazing. i think it's definitely a sci-fi show of the generation. it took so many themes and different ideas from the world of sci-fi, and drew the viewers in like no show i've known.

i'm going to go watch a fanvid.

Now I thought that Lost seasons 3 - 6 were all poor and I was very confused by the ending. Didn't it turn out that they all died when the plane crashed and they were just waiting to go into the light?

If I ever get a spare month or year I may attempt to watch it all again

No, that's not what happened at all. You definitely need to rewatch.

Chrysostom, was that link to a torrent? Do you have it?

Right, I've PMd you. Just for people like Wykey who are still contemplating watching it, I don't wanna ruin the ending. I think if I'd known how it was gonna end while I was watching, it would have put a completely different slant on it for me, and it wouldn't have been the same experience.

Oh and here's the link to the site that featured my tattoo as part of their finale special, just in case anyone's interested (I am either no8 or 9, depending on where the ad appears):
