I'm not across what is in people's contracts so I don't know whether it's a contractual thing or merely that Ben would like the Chris Moyles Show brand to be present on breakfast even when we're not. (A strong brand is very important - even still now)
Programme archiving was down to the programme teams of the time until about 3 years ago when all programmes were stored automatically.
Luckily for us I've kept every show since I've worked on it
I don't know where we stand with me handing over tapes of the show. Maybe when the day comes and the show ends and we need a home for them I'll sneak them out under my jacket and send them to you
