I'm on my third watch of the marathon (but the first complete watch, as I'd only seen fragments before). The first night with Mistajam is hilarious.
And I've watched CPC with Gino Ginelli about 6 times -- it's Radio Gold.

There's no need to listen to Mills. Just replay Chris stuff.

I listened to the adverts and travel news on local radio on the way to work. I listen to Moyles at work but couldnt stomach listening to Mills and local radio isnt much better so that was that for me.

Only just main features. There's none of the music or 'brief links' like just reading track names before another track. Things like Dear Scott are in there, like main features.

This is a bit off-topic, but does anyone remember last Big Weekend, they had to play this half-hour or so of Big Weekend highlights? And Chris had this big moan about "And that's the last time I'll have to play that!" at the end of the week or so, with Aled trying to persuade him to keep playing it.

I wish they'd drop the Chris Moyles show with Scott Mills branding, the show is so different to when Chris is on that it's silly to brand it as such.

Or make Scott play the cheesy song and talk up to 7, play celebrity raspberry and car park catchphrase and do Rob DJ's quiz and the Golden Hour. At the moment it's just Scott's show with Chris' jingles (used totally wrongly, the "up to news" cut being used as a general ramp for example)

I've actually got that, the first half hour of his show, on my iPod. He was building up to his rant/hilarious look back at Pete Tong doing his show the previous day (with the same features like CarCatchphrase, Rob DJ, etc, Andy George and Jaymo in that order etc).

Scott Mills sucks in that the CMS time slot. He thinks he is funny but sadly isn't. I am counting down the mornings til Chris comes back. 3 down 7 to go. Its going to be along 10 days. argh.

I wish the stupid powers at be at the BBC would stop deleting the shows on the iPlayer now that its over a week since some of the shows. So we are gradually losing them all by Friday they will be all gone. Argh.

By the way, i used to listen to the Mills podcasts, but now judging him beside chris, it's ridiculous that he has podcasts for some shows lasting 5 minutes. Those are the friday ones, but how can you do a 1:45 hour show (not including friday floorfillers or newsbeat) and only talk for 5 minutes? It's unreal.

Who knows how can he only talk for 5 minutes on a podcast. Its a waste of time in my opinion that they put a podcast out for that amount of talking. The only podcast from R1 i listen to or subscribe to is the Moyles podcast. At least the Moyles podcast has some new and original content in the podcast.

Watching the shows with Chris and Scott -- Scott looked like a deer in the headlights a lot of the time. He seemed to be intimidated by Chris, which is maybe understandable, but

a) It's Scott's show!

and

b) Scott has been doing radio since he was 16 -- 20 years; around the same amount of time as Chris.

He seems to bring very little personality to the show. Which is what radio is all about. Is he always like that? I don't normally listen to his show.

I only listen to Scott in the afternoon/early evening is when i am in the kitchen cooking dinner and my iPhone is charging. That is a rare occurrence. He has no personality even when he is presenting on TV he looks bored. His segments in the show are so dumb the only one i like is innuendo bingo.

Do you think its so odd that Chris and Dave managed to get £2.6m for doing the 52 hours on air and Scott for his trek got from the listeners over £500k. When Chris did Kilimanjaro the Radio 1 total was £1,870,019. It shows that in my opinion that people like Chris even more than Scott.

Kilie and Marathon show Chris, Dave and Fearne have combined raised £4,492,440 for Comic Relief.

I made the mistake of listening to Mills on the way to work this morning (never again) and even Bieber was a blessed relief to the bilge Mills and his guffawing sidekicks were spouting.

Who the hell is this Chris guy he has on there? The guy has no discernible personality at all.

Personally i like Scott and he doesn't deserve all the abuse he gets and he does have many fans. You don't have to listen to him!
