Chris was at R1 on afternoons in 1999. He called into Mayo's show from the pub.

oh yeah i get that but you can see when songs are on he doesn't even acknowledge mistajam. I sense tension

I've been loving this so far, and dipping in when I can.
It's been so good to see Chris interacting with the nighttime DJs, as that's what I mostly listen to. I don't see any of the hostility towards MistaJam that others seem to be seeing.

I'm going to record Chris and Annie Nightingale at 2 as I'd love to see how he responds to some breakbeat :D

I was watching last night and tonight's show with mistajam and as others are saying, they all seem to get on pretty well.

He is certainly doing his bit pushing the text number every other link or so. Was watching the last hour just before and after they passed Simon's record. Parf Daddy was in and brought the cake in for the guys.

He's talking to him now, I guess that kinda blows your tension theory. :-P

I'm interested to see what the 9pm show is like with Jaymo & Andy George.... will there be any tension? I'm thinking they'll just have a laugh about the whole Chris & Cross thing, but it might be kinda awkward.

I dont think their is hostility from anyone, be it on here or frrom Chris and Dave. He is/was just trying to take over too much and I think it pretty clear it was annoying Chris.

I missed it, if there was one. Mista Jam is full on though, so can see why some people here thought Chris was looking to take back a bit of control.

People should only be entitled to an opinion when they've thoroughly researched the facts, and tried to identify every possible reason for a situation to occur. Then and only then should an opinion be formed. Never forget though, when the facts change, you change your mind.
