Have to say i've enjoyed the last bit with MistaJam, have been watching on the telly. Never heard of the guy before, but they seems to have been getting on well together.

I used to do night shifts at Ticketmaster too, but only now and again, so I'd often find myself in during the day and then again overnight, so by the time I got home I'd have been awake for about 28 hours. I never napped during the shifts - I always thought it would make me feel worse - and I didn't have an excess of caffeine as too much upsets my stomach. I was a nightmare the next day - I would get really irritable and upset. I'm not good when I'm tired.

If all else fails, I'm on the booze, that takes the edge off, but thats only if I'm nearly at the point where I will allow myself to sleep so it's right for the next day.

My sig and avatar are misleading , am I heck staying up, but this with Jimmy Carr should be brilliant. Stupidly addictive.

That live linkup with BBC1 didn't go too well. You could still hear the studio all over the poor continuity announcer.

High hopes for the next bit with Jimmy Carr and Vernon. Moyles and Dave are looking a bit knackered.

I'm hoping to hang on till about 2-3am, then I'll be back up at about 8ish for work!

I know DJing isn't an easy task (I've done some RSL stuff myself) but I wasn't expecting them to flag until about 11pm, they got a good 8 hours or so sleep last night I think one of them on Twitter said

Im surprised Chris has been standing up for, 14 hours now. He must have to sit down at some point. All the other DJ's today have been sat down! He's looking fine though. Dave looks tired!

Oh and its funny that Richard Madeley said when he did a 27 hour telethon he started flagging at 15 hours. His tip to them was to keep going through to the end as if they have a sleep they won't wake up! Also the fact that to go on to 50 hours the other dj was using narcotics. Theres no way they can get through to the end if they haven't got some sort of help like that.

The guys are playing a stormer so far. MistaJam hour was hilarious and now post Watershed Jimmy...From looking at the cam Chris seems to be in as good as form as ever. Is it just me or are the tunes picking up now aswell.A super Plan B remix a few minutes ago and now the Adele remix.
