However I should point out that the amount Number 1's don't necessarily make an awesome band, Queen actually had quite a lot of hits in the top 10, quite a few made it to Number 2 or 3 on the charts in the UK and stayed round for quite a while on the charts.

Also to add, as an example, Queen's A Kind Of Magic album peaked at number 1 on the charts, went Platinum 4 times (1.5 Million copies in the UK) and was on the UK album charts for 63 weeks
