I will be sure to try this out tomorrow now iplayer downloader is broken. Is it just as quick? Does it do mp3's? Presumably it wont do tv shows like iplayer downloader does?

What sort of timeframe are these shows that Jamiec21 has sent you? And presumably they are full shows currently?

One of the Portugal shows in June 2004, one from January 2005, three from April 2005 and then pretty much every full show from May through to the end of the year. Maybe every show is there, I've no way of confirming that but if there are any missing, you'll be able to count the number with the fingers of one hand. All in all around 150 shows.

Is the Portugal show the one you sent me a while back but I didn't get round to editing? If so then I won't attempt that one over Christmas.

BTW what's this about iPlayer Downloader, does it no longer work, I haven't downloaded a Moyles show for a while now as Ian kindly edits them all every week, however I do like downloading my weekly fix of Jon Holmes on 6 Music so was just wondering if they had "fixed the problem" yet.

Iplayer downloader still isn't working but radio downloader is a more than sufficient replacement

Yeah Radio Downloader is brilliant. You can even subscribe to certain programmes, and then you don't have to search for them each time.

Thanks very much for providing the Radio downloader link since the iplayer downloader was the app I use to download the shows each week and since that has bit the dust for the time being, this is a perfect alternative and actually, the better alternative since you can subscribe and downloads the new shows automatically, which makes it easier. Can use it download Late Night With Colin Murray if I miss it on a Friday night now as well.

Don't know, but I can only find one Portugal show, so if you say you have a Portugal show from me, it's probably that one. Ian has got a lot of shows to get through, so if you want to take it on, that'll ease the burden on him.

Here is this week's Moyles shows, with a little Christmas bonus For this week and next in the run-up to Christmas (and possibly next year if I can be bothered), I've also downloaded Fearne's show (or recorded the live stream), and I've edited the end of each show so it has a complete handover

I've been debating whether or not to include the cheesy song in the edited shows, and I can't decide. Would anyone like to have it included? Maybe just for next weeks shows before Christmas, when I'm assuming they are different (I never hear them myself anymore)?

By the way, something went wrong with Radio Downloader today. The show downloaded ok, but it was 3hrs50 minutes long, as some sections of the show repeated themselves, like the first news bulletin which was in there twice. I downloaded the show a second time and it worked fine though, so it may have been a one-off.

If it was like before several months back and that each day's cheesy song was different, I would have easily said yes include them but now since its the same song, different day, its not a big deal. Also, how long have they been using that Christmas cheesy song now (I assume since 07 since that was when the cheesy song started right?).
