This weekend has been the first time since all this snow started that i have actually been affected. I have been having to walk to and from work all weekend and most of our managers sent themselves home yesterday and all our deliveries have been so late that all morning today we had effectively nothing to do until 4 deliveries came at once at about 1 after we had to shovel all the snow out to help one lorry on to the carpark. We have also had a couple of staff going to different stores as well as they couldn't get in. The only good thing was the lack of customers but that means we will get hit hard later in the week, particularly Christmas eve (thank god that's my day off). All in all this week is shaping up to be hectic for me already.
