Really enjoyed Simon Pegg in today. Have appreciated a lot of his work; Spaced was mint, Hot Fuzz was good and Shaun of the Dead is proper bomb. I was enjoying Simons take on Star Wars too, the insider info form George Lucas..... And was most jealous of simons doodles. I've always been bobbins at drawing freehand and envy anyone who can. Think I may get his book.

Star Wars > All other films.

I've actually met Chris n shook his hand. This fact is still causing slight issues in my trouser dept.... :wink:

I'll conceed that it is very much 'being the right age', but I was brought up on Star Wars (original trilogy) so will always love it. Ditto Wierd Science, Tron and Krull - crap films, but still love them.

I'm no big fan of the 'newer' star wars film, just as Simon Pegg.

I'm 26, I'm too young! I have said this before many times. Star wars was ruined by my older brothers making me watch it and I just wanted to watch the Goonies!

I'm 27 (only just I'll have you know) and I have the original Star Wars trilogy. I'm not a massive geeky fan, but I do enjoy the films, though I've not bothered with the prequels yet. Having said that, there is a place in my heart for The Goonies too - it was brilliant.

Aah, y'see that train had already sailed for you..... Only 5 years between us, but i guess its enough to make the difference. Pleased to note your older (and obviously wiser!) brothers enjoyed this magical movie masterpiece...

I didn't say I didnt enjoy it, I just dont think it is A) the best film ever or B) in my top 100 films!

I've never seen a star wars film all the way through. I've started watching the 1st one a couple of times but couldn't get into it.
