Can someone please tell me how to download and clip off iplayer please? i wanna try and get the brandon flowers performance from last night on my ipod. I should be alright clipping the file through once i have it as i can just use audacity but i dont know how to get the mp3 in the first place.

You need a downloader program...think the one I have is just called Radio Downloader.

Thank you that works extremely well with a small sized mp3 and at good quality at a good speed also.

EDIT: would you suggest any simple ways of clipping certain bits out or am i best to just use audacity to cut things?

If you have a recent system use the stereo mix function to record sections straight onto audacity from the iplayer.

Use http://mpesch3.de1.cc/mp3dc.html -- lossless editing. You can't do better than that.
