Listening to Mills this morning (i know, i know), I was tickled as to how many times he talks about his *cough* "flatmate" *ahem*. Cute, innit I mean he ain't a hard up student in digs is he, Mills - he's a middle aged millionaire.

It's sweet, I don't think he realises how much he talks about his *cough* *splutter* "flatmate".

I'm petty sure DevilsDuck was being sarcastic. Plus I think Fraser really is just a flatmate and not Scott's Boyfriend, otherwise why are there no pap shots of them together in the papers.

Scott easily could afford to live alone but I think he just chooses not to.

Lol. Mills is openly gay and a lot of the humour on his show is based on that fact. He never admits on air that he is gay but jokes that he "never has any luck with the ladies" etc.

Right - no. Aled doesn't really play the gay card often either actually. And when he does, it's not usually him that raises the subject.

Aled would not fall into that category. He talks about being gay but it isnt really anything other than conversational or when Moyles plays it for laughs.

Very good point actually, very good point indeed. If only other homosexual celebrities tried to entertain without constant references to their sexuality (how people are still amused by this when it has been done to death I do not know). You have to credit Mills for that.

Just cos you can afford to live alone doesn't mean you want to. My flatmate earns loads more than me and could probably afford to buy a place, but he chooses to share with me cos I'm so great

My personal observation would be that it seems strange that he chooses to live like a cash-strapped student than the nearly 40 wealthy man he is, but Scott Mills can do what the * he likes as far as I'm concerned, his domestic arrangements don't affect me and my thoughts on them don't affect him. But it does tend to reinforce my opinion that he's a dick.

Scott Mills' flatmate has had girlfriends which have been talked about over the years. Unless they've broken up since i last heard mention of it, Scott has a boyfriend who he's had for a while, he just doesn't talk about him much and probably refers to him as 'my friend' if he does.

foot? It has to be or it doesn't work. And if it is "foot" then it doesn't work either. It might work as "foots" as a get out clause, but I doubt it as there would be no need to blank the word out for comedic effect. Also, the punctuation would be wrong.
