Bad enough that she has to follow the Moyles Show, now she's seeping into other shows with her adverts! AGH!

I agree Latina, especially regarding Flo & her Machine, her cover of You've Got The Love is at least the fourth time in 20 years this song has been out, I grew up with the 1997 version which I liked, however because it's been re-released quite a few times & Radio 1 play that bad Flo version quite often I've gone right off it.

Yes, R1 are pretty obsessed with Florence and the machine but so is a station called Today FM over here. They play Dog Days are over several times over the space of a few hours and every night I am in work I have to hear it in the background while I listen to Chris and the team on my mp3 player. Used to like the song but now I can't stand it. They play that, that Train song and that stupid song I need you now or whatever its called. Makes you hate them with a passion after being repeatedly played. Also, does anyone know if Radio 1 played Kings of Leon before they got very big with Only by the night or did they just jump on the bandwagon like mostly everyone else did.

I haven't heard the ad in question since I tend to listen to the shows during my nights in work since its a great way to pass the time and its better than listening to the repetitive stuff thats on the radio in work.

No wonder she gets a ad for her show since her ratings are probably low due to the fact she isn't around or else they rise when she isn't around.
