Is Twix a biscuit or a chocolate bar? Same question for Kit Kat? My preference is Twix because I don't like wafer - although a refrigerated Kit Kat Chunky is a delight to experience.

I'm pretty sure one of the previous times we had this conversation I proved twix was a "cookie bar". I've not checked that this time though. Kit Kats are wafers so would fall under the "biscuit" category I reckon.

There is not a difference in treatment whether a chocolate biscuit or a chocolate bar as far as the VAT is concerned, however, if you could prove it was a cake ala Jaffa, then no VAT.

Wicked, so in terms of Standard Rated VAT Jaffa>twix=KitKat.

Times both sides by 3x and you get the answer to life the univerce and everything.
