Notes: This show marks Melinda's last apperance in the studio, on air
* Melinda is back, although he's not really, the whole show was pre-recorded a few weeks before hand, which the team reference quite frequently throughout
* Guests on the phone include Craig from Big Brother 1, a very young Billie Piper, Neil Morrissey (from Men Behaving Badly) & Mel B
* Show fades out at the start of Stanta, the tape cuts out just as Stan crashes the bike. I didn't keep this in as it was incomplete, also there are plenty of shows in the archive that have Stanta on it in full.
* This show edits down to 38 minutes only, this is because at one point there was 9mins 10seconds worth of music, apart from the phone interviews the other links are fairly short in comparison as the whole show is pre-recorded.

Y'know, I don't really come in here much, but you seem to put a hell of a lot of effort into this little archive of yours, Johnny (and whoever else contributes). I reckon there will be a hell of a lot of people who download all this stuff and never say thanks. I dunno how much effort goes into it all but I imagine it must be quite time consuming. Keep up the good work and well done.

Thanks Foots, it does take a lot of effort to upload & edit them, especially the cassette ones as you have to go away, come back at 45 minutes swap the tape over (as the auto reverse in the old walkman I have doesn't work too well), save them on Audacity & then edit the sodding things accordingly, which can be annoying if Chris decides to talk about mid way through a song, or when I get to the dredded "4pm segway" where they play 3-4 songs in a row but talk for about 30 seconds in between a song. However they are a joy to listen to again, I'm sure there were some I taped & never listened to so it's like listening to new shows again.

I just hope everyone enjoys them, I'm just a little bit annoyed with myself that I didn't record the second half of a lot of the 2001 shows & Saturday shows, silly thing is that I had a Mini Disc recorder by then & was still recording on tapes until late September 2001.

Anyway I hope to have another Saturday Show up tonight or in a few weeks, one with my only edition of "Who's in the dog house?" from December 2009 & a afternoon show from September 2001 where Chris & the team mention that they got a slap on the wrist for insulting Germans the previous week so do the decent thing, and continue to mock them (thankfully the German mocking show is the complete one).

Show Status: Complete (Hurrah!)
Notes: Rather random show at times, especially the whole "don't insult the German's" talk in several links.
*Chris has a go at Lizzie for her poor editing on several live tracks that are to be played later in the show
*Chris & The Team discuss about complaints they got regarding their mocking of Germans last week...
*...of course Chris & Dave can't help themselves and continue to mock Germans & speak to one on the phone
*The team also discuss & ask the listeners to come up with new names of features, which they read out on the air, they also "pilot" a potential new feature, "What Time Is It In France?", which of course never gets picked up
*Another round of Car-e-oke, Three Lions by Badiel, Skinner & The Lighting Seeds, with the usual poor results (one caller really winds up Chris)

I should really have every show from 21st August 2009 to present day uploaded, so I'll start uploading all the ones from Mon 31st August to Tue 29th September, and then carry on where I left off.
