Gotta admit, they're lovely, making me hungry. I'm on an economy drive, Asda own brand stuff. Still tastes nice though

BLT on really soft granary. At least it was labelled BLT, and it had bacon lettuce and tomato - but all sorts of other salady goodness too. Yum.

I went to a nice Chinese in Chichesterday. Chicken Noodles, Prawn Crackers, Spring Rolls and Apple Fritta, oh and a Tiger Beer. Lovely.

I missed breakfast, so I had breakfast for my lunch today. Two toasted crumpets with marmite and cottage cheese.
