I don't think we have a thread on this, if we do, I couldnt see it so here is another.

I admit it. I have been sucked into liking this show. I feel a bit dirty, but its cracking shitty telly!

Lloyd should have gone tonight.

I'm not sure if I agree... i think the look on Simon's face tonight when Dermot said it was Jamie Archer leaving was brilliant....

Simon was saying he was letting the public decide the past couple of weeks i think, and they certainly did it tonight (again). Seems the judges are just not willing to make a decision recently.

I was a set up I am sure.

Simon putting it to the Public is seen as less orchestrated if Lois does it again this week.

Lois is rubbish at acting and forgot this, when he was so obviously Anti Afro. Lloyd was very weak I thought, time for a boy band with Lois I reckon, could he be being groomed as the new Steven Gately I wonder.

Louis Walsh is an utter tit. And yes Lloyd should have fone, the Afroman was quality. I still can't believe the gorgeous Lucie Jones was booted instead of those horrible little * Jedward. Absolute travesty.

I too have been sucked in...

I never ever watched this until I moved in with my missus. I've been proper suckered into this, to the point I actually get more worked up than she does.

Simon Cowells face on Sunday truly was a picture, although I think all the judges have lost the plot bigstyle...

I can't stop laughing at it. Peter Dickinson is fantastic. The bit before the main titles is, without a doubt, the highlight every week. By the point where he shouts about facing the music, I imagine he must have burst a blood vessel.

Dermots Deadlock makes me chuckle as well.

Someone on twitter asked Peter if he could do a DEADLOCK voice over (and he said yes). He so should.

Miss Yudster has instructed me to say that all should support Stacey. Although she did agree with Sara Cox who, although she does support said Stacey, is apparently concerned that she is in danger of swallowing her own face.

I have no idea who any of these people are, but Stacey sounds very strange.

I think Stacey is the one who Cat does an impression of. I think Joe is the one who Cat says looks like my brother. I think it's all a load of bollocks.

I was listening to this from the kitchen (far too superior to actually watch it) and I noticed that every time the female singer hit a 'high' note the audience broke into a whooping fit. It was enough to hope the others would drearily plod along singing mostly flat. Imagine my surprise when...

Now that Jedward have left it has been re-christened by our household as the Zzzz-Factor.

Making me laugh this week: the number of people proclaiming that it's good that it's now back to being a singing contest after finally getting rid of John & Edward.

Sure. Like Lloyd is better than Ollie.

Or like any of them are any good at all. Best singer I saw on it this week was Susan Boyle.

Actually, this week made me appreciate just how good a singer George Michael is, something I'd never really thought about before.
