The video at the bottom of the link starts off sayin "Leona Lewis Slapping".... so again i think it's a case of the same old newspaper/press tactics of exaggerating what the hell happened to grab everyone's attention.

So either the person who was there at the time, recorded the short video and then gave it the title of "slapping" is correct... or the person who gets the info 2nd/3rd hand is correct. I don't trust any newspaper these days, not even after previously working in the industry for a number of years.

All said, it's obviously not very nice for Leona.

Normally if someone is struck like this it is reported as "Leona Lewis has been struck/assaulted" or "Leona Lewis has been punched". If you wanted to be more specific then you'd at most say "Leona Lewis has been struck in the face". What you wouldn't say is "Leona Lewis has been punched in the head" - which is what Dom said this morning in his news headlines. It jarred with me anyway (although not 'in the head')

I have to admit I found this all quite amusing, but not in the respect of it being a woman hit by a man.

But it's just the complete randomness of it all, I mean it's hardly like Leona would ever offend anyone... The bloke must have serious issues...

There are many people in the world that deserves a punch in the face. Leona is not one of them. As far as famous people go, she is down to earth and not big headed or anything.
