I know that sounds a stupid question but its just his hair always looks strangely out of place and it has crossed my mind that maybe he wears some kind of wig,maybe for comedy purposes,or even if he is going prematurely bald. Anyone else ever wondered that or am I just slightly mad?

Well, seeing as he's had it cut into the 'Burt', one would assume it's not. (NB: does anyone think it's spelled with an E?) I automatically assumed it was a 'U', but google image search results seem to favour the 'E'.)
