It's not a biggy, but if that happens you do get a warning that this has happened, allowing you to then rejig your post to include a quote.

It just seems overkill to always quote the post right above your reply.

Not if you "Quick Reply".

Basically, can we just get a petition together to allow edits in here?

I've thought of another one. People who serve bouillabaisse or other seafood soups/stews with all the seafood with the shells on. Its lazy and annoying - its just to make you think you've got a big portion when actually most of what's on your plate isn't edible. I don't want to spend my mealtime with sticky fingers picking out the bits I can eat from the bits I can't. I'm a grown up, I can use cutlery quite happily thanks. I don't want to eat soup with my * FINGERS!

New one for me & I don't know if this is a Ilford thing or not,

People who stand at Pelican Crossings waiting for the green man yet no one standing at the crossing has pressed the "wait" button so that the green man will appear. Instead they'd rather run across on a red man/green traffic light & nearly get themselves run over. It's just sheer lazyness :x

Usually I press it if there is a lot of traffic. Which is usually anytime during the day. If its evening/night time where there are not very many cars around I'd rather just wait until its safe and cross the road.

What I don't like doing is pressing the button, holding up one car while they wait for me to cross.
That must * them right off.. When I could have just waited for them to pass and crossed anyway causing no problems.

This.

And dog owners who don't scoop poop.
