I've worked out the whole thing- it's tempo and note perfect with all the right rests and everything (Remember I had to know all this for my multiple remixes i did).

This is it - I promise you it's 100% right but depending on your phone you may not be able to have the whole tune coz of a note restriction

Tempo = 180 (Well the actual tune Chris plays is 178BPM but your phone doesn't have this option!) I see others have started with "8c2" but this means that it is not actually the correct tempo - a slower tempo but with shorter notes - try it like this for how the piece is actually written.

4e2 4c2 4e2 4c2 4e2 4c2 8g1 8a1 4b1 4c2 2- 4-

(The 2- and 4- are rests by the way..for the gap where will speaks!)

8c2 8g1 8g1 8g18g1 8a1 4b1 4c2 2- 4-

4f1 8c2 8c2 8c2 8d2 4e2 4f2 2- 4-

4g2 4g2 4f2 4f2 4d2 8- 8g2 8g2 8f2 4e2 4e2 4c2 4e2 4c2 4e2 4c2 4e2 4c2 4e2 4c2 8g1 8a1 4b1 4c2

There you go - that's it - type it in and enjoy!

Just downloaded the one above by "anonymous" and it is quite good but the gaps aren't long enough, the tempo is too fast and some of the notes are slightly wrong.... oh God, I do have far too much time on my hands! :D

Well I hate to boast but mine is definately right because it is a direct translation of the music ala the sheet music which can be seen on a different post of mine - I played it on my keyboard first and then let cubase turn it into printed music and calculate the tempo so that when I did it on my composer on my phone I knew exactly what notes to play at what pitch and at what speed. What a lot of peopel have done is have their tempo much slower than 180BPM which is why there's all start with 8e2 and not 4e2 the 8 reprsents a quaver or an 8th note which is hald the length of a crotchet or a 4th note which is the actual note - if they sped there's up to the correct tempo they woudl see that it is way too fast

I can vouch for the sheet music - it's dead on. I've made it into my ringtone (all the keypress nonsense was crap).

Well Eddie, I pasted yours into the ringtone composer and without actually doing any conversion, and when I press the play button it plays it through the midi synth of my sblive. A couple of the notes are a little off.

thanks to Eddies sheet music, plus a minor tweak .. here's the RTX for Nokias:

Code: Select allWill:d=4,o=5,b=180,l=0:e,c,e,c,e,c,8g4,8a4,h4,c,2p,8c,8g4,8g4,8g4,8g4,8a4,

Well I don't think the 3310 can make use of that. Tried running it through a convertor to get the keypresses but it threw up a load of errors.

My phone isnt good enough to download ringtones or things like that, I am thinking of getting a decent one though, any recomendations?

And what the hell is up with these massive avatars, makes the pages scroll horizantly. What a surprise who the worst offender is, I think all Jonny's posts should be removed until he changes his avatar :D
