I feel one of my friends from one friend group is trying to steal my other friends, as she's now buddying up to them and trying to organise outings with them : should i be annoyed or just be happy?

The thing that gets to me is that she's talking to me and telling me facts about my best friends who i've known for about 9 years. she is very possessive, and is referring to them as 'her' friends : even though she's met them about 5-6 times.

She's my girlfriends supposed best friend (but she's an awful friend, which is why its narking me that she's making an effort with my friends.
