I may be the only person who actually recalls Sara Cox on breakfast with fondness. I thought she was good after they got rid of her "sidekick" (can't remember his name, someone will though) although it was awful while she was trying to form the show to the shape that had been prescribed. Once "sidekick" had gone I though it was great, and she and Chappers were a much better combination. Oh, it was Rajesh Mirchandani who was originally her co-presenter. They were a bad, bad pairing.

I thought he was just a showbiz correspondent for the news? He did that Backstage show too.

I thought Sara Cox's show in general was awful, though I have come round to the idea that she's a million times better now.

Rajesh was originally supposed to be Sara Cox's co-presenter on breakfast. It patently didn't work from day 1, the lack of chemistry was almost painful - he then shifted to a less high profile role on the show, then disappeared altogether from breakfast.

Oh don't be silly. I can't be arsed with Mills and don't enjoy his style of comedy but have you ever listened to local radio? It's seriously dire.

As someone else (TIAL I think) said, if Mills wasn't good enough, he wouldn't have the listeners or, indeed, the job he does!

Kit Kat. >. Twix.

Chunky Kit Kat is the jewel in Kit Kat's otherwise dull crown and you know it.

Plagiarise.

What are their names? I look forward to hearing them on national radio soon, because they surely will be snapped up very quickly if they're that good.

Im glad Scott is in for Chris! :D

Is it me or is Greg James no better than the local radio DJ that clings onto something stupid like being a superhero and makes it last waaaay to long.

I never thought I would turn over from R1 to my local station, but when Greg covered for Scott a while back I couldn't switch over quick enough...sad but true.

Radio 1 DJ's in this order..

1. Chris Moyles
2. Scott Mills
3. All the other DJ's
4. Greg James
