I got in from work late last and tuned into the show hence my all over the place post, honestly I would of preferred two weeks of Vernon or Gregg to cover the show, I just find Scotts show over scripted, that being said I will compromise and listen for the first couple of days and check out the show.

I don't really like either of them. Scott bugs me after a while, and Greg is the radio equivalent of a ham sandwich. Sure it tastes alright, but you'd rather have a steak.

I tell you who I've been listening to this week, Cerys Matthews, who has been covering for George Lamb over on 6Music. She's quite a good DJ, as she isn't one, if that makes sense! Because she isn't a trained DJ, she has none of the trappings, and just chatters away about random things, like Coxy does.

She also has the sexiest Welsh accent I've heard since Aled's.

COrrection-Scott Mills will be doing the show starting wednesday may 13.Chris is on as usual on mon may 11 and tue may 12.(according to the Radio Times anyway)-Gregs doing drivetime and Dev from one extra (surprise surprise) will be doing earlys.Chris will probably be back on tuesday may 26(its another bank holiday on mon 25).I think Chris wants to wait till tue may 12 to start his holday so he can gloat oveer winning a Sony the day before

Cant stand it when Chris is off. Mainly because I miss him but also because Mills covers for him. Hate all the fake, OTT laughter at totally unfunny "jokes" and the set up features.

I like both Scott and Chappers but put them both together with the awful format of a show and it is car crash radio.

From the small little snippets I remember, it seemed to me he was more like the "Melinda" element of the show of the time, there to be taken the piss out of but at the same time go on little missions for the DJ in question.

However having never listened to the show properly I could be completely wrong
