You can use Flash Get just Add the URL as a download and your sorted.

Yep it sure is, if you get an alert in FlashGet of URL already downloaded just click download again

I just need to work out how to do this for other BBC shows now. I tried sticking a realplayer URL into FlashGet, but it doesn't seem to work.
