Did we know he was gonna do this? I've not heard Fridays show yet. He was looking good though.

Well if this is to be the new smarter Moyles, then it would be nice to see them put up a different picture to this on the iplayer, it's the only one they ever use!

It wasn't as good/nice as Chris made it sound this morning. I'm sure it will have seemed differant to him but I think if he watched it back (chris) then he would see it was a little harsher than he first though....

This McIntyre (sp) fella, very 'PC' isn't he. I sighed when I heard the Beeb had snapped him up. I've seen him do some gigs to polite audiences, probably the Royal variety, and that was more his scene. Moyles couldn't be more different in comedic style, he did indeed take the pee and it went down not so well with the chattering nicey nice rich crowd. It's the Leeds commoner in him that makes him otherwise great in any other showbiz environment.

I think it was a bit harsh though. McIntyre's routine had quite obviously bombed and all he was doing was repeating it with a silly voice. There was nothing added to make it funny - it just sounded like he was reminding the audience how bad McIntyre's stuff was. Which is a little out of order.

It must be said though that Chris didn't want to do it and he was pressured on the spot by Davina. It's hard to refuse to do something if you're asked in front of millions of people.

He's a comedian.

Personally I think he is good and funny. But, only ever watch one of his shows as they are all the same and he uses the same jokes on every single show/tv show/act/everything else and it gets really really annoying.

I though his impression was quite well observed. It was funny because he obviously couldn't contain his contempt for MacIntyre even though the poor shill had already died the death of a thousand puns. Mind you - tough crowd.
