Research shows that if I don't do weight watchers points then my weight either stays the same or goes up slightly. If I stick to the points it comes down by a couple of pounds on average a week.

I never have breakfast ever, so that's a myth.

I don't think it's a myth, but I rarely do breakfast, or lunch, especially if I am outside working I just do not feel like it. Oddly if I am in all day I will eat. It's weird that you exercise and don't eat, sit on your ass and you get hungry.

When I go out logging I loose about 3lb a day, obviously I don't so that very much as I would waste away.

Dave's comment this morning about Chris's BMI had me in stitches.

"You have the same BMI as a Scotch Egg"

Comedy Dave classic.

I always eat breakfast and I'm a skinny runt. No that's not a typo.

I got really annoyed at that bit because it irritates me when people think you calculate BMI with only weight and height. You need to have a body fat percentage in the calculation too, otherwise very fit and lean people can end up with a BMI which indicated that they are obese. I have had my body fat percentage measured manually (the doctor measured the thickness of fat in five different places on my body and then did magic with Maths and Science), or more commonly these days you can do it with a hand-held electronic fat-measuring device. Some bathroom scales will do it too. I have no idea how it works but its bloody scary.

Works both ways, which is what I was trying to say earlier. My BMI is fine. I still have a belly because my body fat percentage is higher than it should be.

So your bmi can be high and you're fine, but your bmi can also be fine and you still be fat.

After baby number 2 Mrs B had this on prescription, and it works really well.

The side effects only kick in IF you eat lots of Fat.

She lost about 3 1/2 stone I think, but she was * nuts at the time.

I'm assuming that the active ingrediant of Alli would be a conjugated linoleic acid (they list the ingredient as "Orlistat", which means nothing, but I'm going to stick with that assumption). CLAs have been available for donkeys years as a method of reducing fat absorption and are only a problem if you eat tons of junk. Realistically most people who take them are trying to cut down on fat so that wouldn't be a problem, unless you are completely stupid in which case shitting yourself is probably the least of your worries. I take it every day, along with my other supplements. Its never given me any trouble - but it also doesn't make you lose weight particularly quickly. I see it as more of a safety valve!

I fell off my boss's bike last night, I've bruised my knee and it's all swollen up.

My exercise today was gardening which has led to me being sunburnt!

All in all I'm not doing very well physically! Still determined though.

I do have a sweet tooth, but thankfully all those things are dairy products so I wouldn't wanna eat them regardless...
