And if you don't know who she is consider yourself lucky to be so pure and innocent.

Marilyn Chambers (April 22, 1952 - April 12, 2009) was an American pornographic actress, exotic dancer, and vice-presidential candidate.

That's almost as funny as Frank Bruno wanting to become an MP.

Oh no! I'm genuinely gutted about that. I listen to Just A Minute whenever I can and Clement was always a fantastically witty, dry and entertaining regular on the show. I'll miss listening to him.

Same here! I was lucky enough to go to one of the recordings when they came to Leicester, and Clement was brilliant. Considering how old he was, he was still razor sharp, and listening to him and Paul Merton banter together was a joy to behold!

A nice tribute video Channel 4 news produced.

RIP Clement!

I thought that last night Yuds. Wasn't sure how many people on here would know who he was though.

I didn't really like his books though, not my thing. Tried Empire of the Sun about 6 times and never finished it.

I loved it. The sequel The Kindness of Women was brilliant too. As was Crash. And loads of others...........sigh.

I LOVE Crash, but I've never read any of the others. Maybe now's the time to add one to my list.
