I wouldn't worry about it. A mate of mine still gets accused of being up to no good in a bus stop merely for turning up late to the pub once. We concocted a story round his lateness.

I'm not hijacking Footys thread, but this is similar

What direction is this bus driving - to the left or to the right?

I reckon its not driving anywhere. It's blatantly been snowing in that photo, so it's not possible for it to be moving!

Well apparently I'm wrong, but I still think it's a train heading towards me.

I think its not going anywhere until the wheels are attached to the chassis.

My other guess was that we were looking at the windows at the back of the bus and the wee circles were the heads of passengers.

I'll go with the metaphysical matrix style answer... there is no bus.

Although given the way Zoot has asked the question it implies that it must me one of the two possible answers - left or right. Anything else and it's Zoot's fault for not asking the question properly.

The answer is indeed either Left or Right

In that case, my answer is that there is insufficient information to come to a logical answer.

Actually, now that I think about it, Zoot just posted the answer.

Zoot means that the answer is one of 'Left' and 'Right', not both. There is a logical answer to the question.

Yes, there is a logical answer to this, it's just awkward to say 'The answer is either Left or Right' without it looking like the answer is: Left or Right.
The Answer is not "either Left or Right", the answer is either 'Left' or 'Right'. Only one of those answers is right, the other is left. So the answer to the question as either 'Left' or 'Right'.

Is that clearer now?

So the answer is either left or right? Why couldn't you just have said that in the first place??
