Being blonde, and having PC knowledge to rival a Crunchie bar, i'm hoping that'll sort my problem?!!! (the streaming problem, not my 'other' problem....!!)

Well, I believe the javascript is just used to open a pop-up and perhaps resize / move the window... but you don't need to go through all that if you've got the direct address for the page, it doesn't matter that it's not in a pop-up really. If you're unable to stream Flash files, that may be a whole different problem, but you won't know that until you try it.

Some notes:

* It's an FLV (Flash Video) -- direct recording of the stream
* Plays well in VLC http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
* In VLC, skipping ahead may not work unless it's been playing for a while, but I did skip ahead minutes and fast forwarded once it had been playing a while
* Might play better in other Flash Video players, but I don't use them
* I'm not going to recode it to another format, but if someone else wants to do that, please go ahead
* You may notice something "interesting" about the video (I'm deliberately being vague), but please don't post what that is here, as I'd rather it stay. PM me if you spot it.
