Hi All,
Towards the end of the year the team were talking about exercise etc. and Dave mentioned that he was folowing an Old British Forces exercise regime, and it was touted to be the next new 'Fad' regime.
I have tried all day to find the regime he was talking about but since I can't remember the exact name, I'm having trouble locating it.
The benefits he listed were, all over fitness, didn't take hours to complete and it wasn't some crazy high impact thing - just realy simple exercises done daily.
Do any of you good people have any idea the name of the regime he was talking about - or were to get it ?
